Return & Refund Policy

At InteriorFits, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong item is received
• Product is defective on arrival

Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or washed products
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or special-made items (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or mutually agreed alternative.

Exchanges

We also offer exchanges depending on product availability. Customers can request replacement instead of refund in eligible cases.
